Terms of Service

Welcome to Plan My Ever After. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Plan My Ever After website and digital wedding planning application (the “Service”). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Plan My Ever After provides digital tools intended to assist users with organizing and planning weddings. Features may include wedding details, schedules, checklists, guest information, budgeting information, personalization, photographs, notes, and other planning tools. We may modify, improve, add, or discontinue features as the Service evolves.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account. You agree to provide accurate information and promptly notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

3. Subscription Plans

Plan My Ever After is offered through paid subscription plans. Your subscription automatically renews at the applicable monthly or annual billing interval unless you cancel it before the next renewal date. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Plan My Ever After and its payment processor to charge the applicable subscription fee and any applicable taxes using your selected payment method. Subscription pricing may change in the future. Any pricing changes applicable to an existing subscription will be communicated as required by applicable law.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the subscription-management functionality provided by Plan My Ever After or by contacting customer support when appropriate. Cancellation stops future automatic renewals. Unless otherwise stated, you will continue to have access to paid features through the end of your already-paid billing period.

5. Refund Policy

Subscription payments are non-refundable once charged, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Canceling a subscription does not result in a prorated refund or credit for the remaining portion of the current billing period. You are responsible for canceling your subscription before your next renewal date if you do not want to be charged for the next billing period.

6. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider designated by Plan My Ever After. Your use of payment services may also be subject to the payment provider's terms and privacy policies.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of the photographs, text, wedding information, notes, and other content you provide through the Service. You grant Plan My Ever After the limited rights necessary to host, store, process, display, and transmit that content solely as needed to provide and operate the Service. You represent that you have the right to upload or provide content you submit to the Service.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to violate applicable law, interfere with the operation or security of the Service, attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems, distribute malicious software, abuse the Service, or infringe the rights of another person.

9. Intellectual Property

The Plan My Ever After name, branding, website design, planner design, software, templates, graphics, original content, and related materials are owned by Plan My Ever After or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Purchasing a subscription gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive right to use the Service. It does not transfer ownership of the Service or its intellectual property to you.

10. Availability and Data

We work to maintain reliable access to Plan My Ever After but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Users are encouraged to maintain copies of particularly important wedding information when appropriate. We are not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

11. Wedding Planning Disclaimer

Plan My Ever After is an organizational and planning tool. We do not provide legal, financial, insurance, tax, event-vendor, or professional wedding-planning advice. Users remain responsible for vendor agreements, payments, reservations, deadlines, budgets, licenses, permits, and other decisions associated with their wedding.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Plan My Ever After will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service when reasonably necessary because of violations of these Terms, fraudulent or abusive activity, security concerns, legal requirements, or threats to the Service or its users.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. When legally required, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
